Nozzlering repair

Damaged or eroded nozzle rings for axial and radial turbo chargers are mostly repairable/reconditionable at a lower cost than buying new ones, depending on basic material specification.  

All blades and nozzle rings are checked thoroughly for cracks before and after repair.

The pictures are taken during proces.:

•  Cleaning, blasting and inspection

• Repair by welding

• Machining back to original standard
